Capacity in Reserve LLC operates Eventicus. This policy explains what we collect and why.

We collect the information needed to run an event: buyer and attendee names, emails, ticket and order records, and payment metadata (card data is handled by the payment provider, never stored by us). Data is scoped per tenant and used only to operate that tenant's event.

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the providers a tenant configures (payments, email) to deliver the service. You may request access or deletion of your data via the event organizer or by contacting us.
