Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Eventicus platform, operated by Capacity in Reserve LLC. By accessing or using the service you agree to them.

Eventicus is provided to event organizers ("tenants") to sell tickets and run their events. Each tenant is responsible for its own event, attendees, content, and compliance with applicable law. Payment processing is handled by the tenant's configured provider.

The service is provided "as is." Capacity in Reserve LLC is not liable for a tenant's event, refunds, or third-party provider outages. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
